"Its 15 minuten walk to the trainstation.so thats nice but Indië not sleep well the noise from outside was awful the train and tram. And the room is really really budget .price is wayyyyy to high for that room.anyway i was there just for 6 hours of sleep."

"Very close to the conference center, many buses are here. There are coop and many restaurants nearby. At the peak of the conference, I placed two orders for three nights. The staff was very intimate to become three consecutive nights. There was no need to check in and check out repeatedly. The staff are very warm and friendly and will choose here next time you come to Basel."

"The room was great, but the soundproofing was not very good, and the sound of the next door could be clearly heard... There were many varieties of breakfast, the service was in place, and the charging head was not suitable for the front desk to provide a copy directly. The episode was check out and found that there was a dinner on my head, but I took out the list and it was not my room number. The front desk apologized. Overall very good"

"Our first visit to the lovely city of Basel and the hotel is well situated on Clarastrasse, which was just a short 10-minute tram ride from the Basel SBB main train station. It is well connected to many parts of the city with the tram stop just a minute from the entrance. There is a Coop supermarket and a nice Klara food court with a great atmosphere for meals on the same stretch. The room was clean, bright and spacious for our family of 2 adults and a 8yo. We slept very well as there was no noise our room faced a residential courtyard. Lastly, kudos to the warm reception we experienced at check-in and check-out. Thank you for an overall lovely 2 nights at the Pullman. We will choose to stay here on our next trip to wonderful Basel."

"Friendly staff; bit far from city center but location is few minutes walk to the tram station so still accessible; rooms are clean and spacious but no or insufficient sound proofing—the first night I was there, a couple from the other room was having fun and I can hear them 😆"
